Before beginning my run I didn’t eat Burger King this time. Nope. I had a banana instead. Though I didn’t feel half as satisfied as if I would if I ate a huge processed double cheeseburger, I did have a lot more energy.
Again, I was running with Grainne, my flatmate, is the time is slower than if I was running alone. At this point in time though, I’ve become so unhealthy during quarantine that I should be focusing on distance rather than worrying time. I think it’s gunna take a lot of training before I can do 10km in 44minutes again.
Despite it taking a grotesque amount of time, I did hit 10km, and in the disgusting Madrid heat no less. If I keep running in this sun the weight should drop off me, right? Right?!
